Cancellation Policy

Due to the varied price of Dog Grooming appointments we require a 20 euro deposit at the time of booking. The remaining agreed balance is due on the day of your service. All other services are paid in full in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit or where the service is paid in full in advance a 20 euro charge will be applied. We appreciate your understanding, as last minute cancellations affect our schedule and other clients waiting for a slot. If you need to reschedule please give us as much notice as possible , we will always try our best to accommodate. Thankyou for supporting our business and helping us keeps tails wagging on time !!
