The Fur Seasons – Booking, Cancellation & Payment Policy

As a premium mobile service with limited availability, we operate with a clear and respectful policy to ensure fairness to all clients and protect our team’s time.

Payments:

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking

Payment is taken via our online booking system or secure payment link

Appointments are only confirmed once payment is received

Cancellations & Changes:

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: full refund or reschedule

Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% of the booking fee is retained

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: full fee is non-refundable

Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment (subject to availability)

Late Arrivals / Access Issues:

If we cannot access your property or dog within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be marked as a no-show

In this case, the full service fee will still apply

Why We Do This:

We’re a mobile grooming service with limited slots per day. Cancellations at short notice affect our ability to operate efficiently and fairly. We appreciate your understanding and support.
