Raffle Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to the event and raffle, you agree to the following:
1. Raffle Organiser
The raffle is organised by The Fur Seasons in support of SOS Canya Los Barrios, Andalucía.
2. Ticket Sales

Raffle tickets may be purchased online via our official website or in person at the fundraising event.

Tickets are priced: Event €65 each and Raffel €15 each (final prices to be confirmed).

There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable.
3. Prizes

All prizes have been generously donated by local businesses to support SOS CANYA and are listed on our official events page.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Some prizes may be subject to availability or specific terms and conditions set by the donor business.
4. Draw & Winner Announcement

Raffle winners will be drawn after the event to coincide with The Fur Seasons launch.

Winners will also be announced via a special video campaign on The Fur Seasons’ Instagram, SOS Canya, and Facebook pages.

All winners will be contacted directly using the contact information provided at the time of the ticket purchase.

Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the announcement, unless alternative arrangements are made.
5. Eligibility

The raffle is open to all local residents aged 18 and over.

Staff or immediate family members of The Fur Seasons may participate in the event but are not eligible to enter the raffle.
6. Use of Funds

All proceeds raised from the event and raffle — after essential event-related costs — will be donated directly to SOS Canya to support their animal rescue and adoption work.

Event-related costs include: musicians, venue (Agora), seating, food and drink, branded tote bags, printed flyers, photo board, printed T-shirts, and payment processing fees.

Any direct marketing related to The Fur Seasons Launch Party will be sponsored by The Fur Seasons.
7. Legal & Compliance Notice

This is a charitable raffle held in accordance with rifa benéfica guidelines under Spanish law.

No commercial profit will be made from ticket sales.

All prizes have been donated, and all proceeds (after essential costs) will go to the non-profit SOS Canya (CIF: G45844933).

This initiative complies with non-profit fundraising regulations in Andalucía.

By participating, ticket holders acknowledge that this is a community fundraising initiative, and The Fur Seasons assumes no responsibility beyond prize distribution and event administration.
